When I logged on, my emails would not work correctly. I contacted your support team, and spoke to Andy Tunnicliffe. Andy dialled in and found out that the updates had corrupted a few of my files. He worked on it, and I left my computer on when I left at night, as Andy was working till 7pm
When I got in this morning, Andy had already rang to see if my emails were now working. I checked everything and they were up and working. I rang Andy to tell him, and thanked him very much.
I am letting you know that the service I received, and the manner in which Andy conducted himself was a credit to your company. I know that customers always let you know when they are not happy, but I would also like to let you know when the service etc was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and showed customer care to myself.
Just a quick email to let you know how impressed I am with Adams work. He’s done a brilliant job on the eBay integration and the virtual stock system.
Most recently the changes to the header and footer. He’s done everything exactly how I expected and more.
I would also like to add how unbelievably helpful Fifteen digital have been today. They have been chasing a supplier for me so I can focus on the store and James has been calling me with updates throughout the day. I am confident in future issue being resolved quickly if we are using Fifteen Digital.
NG Healthcare have worked with Fifteen Digital for many years now. We have always been impressed with the way they have dealt with any technical issues swiftly and efficiently, meaning no real impact has been felt on the day to day activities that staff need to undertake.
The Managed IT Support Agreement that we have in place, gives us the peace of mind that we need as an organisation in the challenging healthcare sector. They have recently ensured there was a seamless transition of our email hosting to Office 365 which also included Advanced Threat Protection. We now use Fifteen Digital for much more including some digital signs which were recently installed in our reception and staff areas.

Sales are booming and are up 12% so far. The call centre is up £30k on this month when compared with the same month last year and with a few days to go.
