Christmas might be long gone (and feel like it never happened!) but we are proud of how we kept disruption to a minimum for many for the Quick Service Restaurant stores. Over the busy Christmas and New Year period, Fifteen Digital were on hand to keep things running smoothly for three major QSRs, proving we can provide invaluable technical support nationwide.
The busy end of year period, means food outlets have to work around the clock to ensure customers are satisfied and they are able to meet demand.
From Southampton to Sheffield, Fifteen Digital received 40 calls from 10 sites which were all resolved with their service level agreements. Of these 40 calls, 8 were serious and had the potential to impact on the overall running of the store involved. Problems the company dealt with ranged from the store’s internet, computers and also third party contractors which needed to be managed.
