- Having access to technical support whenever stores are open, to solve issues such as printer problems, screens unable to display the correct information and so on, can have a direct impact on the store’s ability to function properly. Our UK based service desk is open from 8am to midnight, 7 days a week, working with store team members to ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible. Stores have a unique telephone number and email that is clearly displayed in the back offices so they always know who to call.
