Please Note:
All ADSL services have no guaranteed repair times or SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) and are a shared service with other local users (between 20 and 50 users residential/commercial) that are connected to the same part of the local exchange. This is known as contention, based on 20:1 and 50:1 and there could be certain times of a day when the service can appear to perform slower than usual due to contention.
